After the disposable vape export, if the product is defective within the 6-month warranty and is used correctly and safely, customers have the right to ask for product replacement after confirmation from VEIIK or its authorized partners，we will send you a replacement in your next order.

• Customers provide evidence: send us the pictures and videos of the defective products, and provide the details of the problem.
• The customer counts the quantity of defective products.
• Our engineer department/QC department/production department analyze the problem and find out the solution.
• If the problem is caused by our improper production, our company will send a replacement for the defective product in the next order. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return and the seller is responsible for the shipping cost of resending the replacement.

Only the same model or other models of the same value will be used for replacement as a negotiation
between VEIIK and customers.VEIIK reserves customers' rights to choose their favorite flavors during the after-sales process
but when the specified flavor is out of stock, random flavors will be selected for replacement.
After-sales service will be limited to the options available in the original country where the product was purchased.
